On July 14th, FENGGUANG held the inauguration ceremony for its 2025 Management Trainees in the company's first-floor conference room. At 8:00 AM, the 2025 cohort of management trainees, under the coordinated arrangements of the General Administration Office, completed their onboarding procedures in an orderly manner. These procedures included registration, labor contract signing, and receiving occupational safety supplies. Through meticulous preparation and advanced planning, the company significantly enhanced the efficiency of the onboarding process. This has laid a solid foundation for new employees to quickly integrate into the corporate environment, supporting a stable and promising start to their professional careers.

Following the onboarding procedures, the management trainees visited the company's production plant, R&D center, and office buildings. In the smart production workshop, the guide provided detailed introductions to the intelligent warehouse, DCS automated control system, eco-friendly production lines, and circular economy models. This allowed the new employees to deeply appreciate the company's core production philosophy of "Safety First, Green Development." At the R&D center, the advanced laboratory equipment and displays of independent innovation achievements greatly sparked their interest in technological research and development.

At 2:00 PM, the 2025 Management Trainee Program Kick-off Meeting was held in the first-floor conference room. Company leadership attended and addressed the gathering. Following the kick-off meeting, a series of training courses officially commenced. Upon completion of the centralized training, the management trainees will be assigned to rotations across three key modules: Production & Operations, Technical R&D, and Corporate Functions.
