R&D and Innovation
• Bachelor's degree or above, master's degree preferred, major in polymer materials, chemical industry, and other relevant industries • Solid professional knowledge, strong analytical and innovative abilities, and advanced understanding of technical problems
Sales & Marketing
• Experience in overseas oil and petrochemical market sales, with overseas study or work experience • Develop foreign trade sales plans and strategies, achieve budget targets, and drive improvement • Responsible for signing foreign trade contracts, guiding logistics in export operations, and ensuring timely order delivery • Analyze domestic and international markets, identify potential clients, and establish stable business relationships • Participate in overseas exhibitions, inspections, negotiations, and other activities to expand the company's business
Sales & Marketing
• Bachelor's degree or above, recent graduates majoring in polymer materials, chemical engineering, marketing, or related fields • Assist in market development, customer support and maintenance, and other marketing work
Administration
• More than 8 years of experience in enterprise management • Familiar with the internal management processes, with strong organizational and communication skills, and more than 3 years of relevant work experience • Responsible for establishing and optimizing the internal management system to ensure the standardization and efficiency of the management process
Finance
• Have intermediate or above accounting, economics, and certified accountant qualifications • Financial experience in enterprises for manufacturing • Willing to travel for business
