Yingkou Fengguang Chemical Co., Ltd. was officially registered and established. Production of hindered phenolic antioxidants YFK-1010, YFK-1076, and phosphite processing stabilizer YFK-168 commenced, marking the beginning of the company's journey in advanced antioxidant manufacturing.
Successfully developed tin-free, environmentally friendly antioxidants YFK-1010 and YFK-1076 further advancing the company's capabilities in sustainable and innovative antioxidant solutions. The company was also awarded the title of "Provincial Enterprise Technology Center" in Liaoning Province.
Successfully developed Antioxidant YFK-330, a notable addition to the product line, and received the prestigious "National High-Tech Enterprise" certificate.
The company completed its shareholding reform and established Yingkou Fengguang Advanced Materials Co., Ltd.

Achieved Energy Management System certification according to ISO 14067:2018 and GH-CFP-R-001. Opened the company's advanced R&D center in Beijing, to meet the evolving needs of the global market.
Start-up of a new world-class integrated manufacturing site in Yulin for catalysts, antioxidant intermediates, final antioxidants, and customized additive packages. Earned the prestigious "National-Level Green Factory" title. Multiple products received carbon footprint certifications, in accordance with ISO 14067:2018 and GH-CFP-R-001 standards. Additionally, the Yulin factory also obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, further demonstrating its commitment to quality and environmental management.
Founded Fengguang Europe AG in Switzerland to enhance service for European customers, while an office was opened in the UAE to support business growth in the Middle East.
