Recently, the Yingkou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau hosted a collaboration event between FENGGUANG and four renowned universities from within and outside Liaoning. All participating universities have reached cooperation intentions with the company, and university expert teams have also visited the frontline of FENGGUANG's production base to understand actual enterprise needs, jointly overcome technical challenges, promote technological updates and iterations, and assist industrial upgrading.
Furthermore, Dalian University of Technology has established internship bases at the company and set up corporate-named scholarships to cultivate and supply high-quality talent for the company.
